The prices for the apartments are per night and include a daily cleaning service (excluding the kitchen, which is the guest’s responsibility).
Meal plans are also available for our guests at the K2 Restaurant at the following rates:
• Breakfast: €10.00
• Half-board (breakfast + dinner): €40.00
• Full board (breakfast + lunch + dinner): €70.00
The prices above are per person per day.
We also offer a special discount on board for children:
• 0–3 years: Free
• 4–6 years: 50% off
• 7–9 years: 30% off
Reception service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in case of emergencies.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
It is our policy to require a deposit of 25% of the total amount at the time of booking. Cancellation is free of charge if made at least 14 days before the arrival date. After this deadline, the deposit will be retained.
Guests on a half-board basis during the New Year period are offered a special price for the New Year’s Eve dinner. Dinner service will still be provided for guests who do not wish to take advantage of this offer.

Check-out by 10:00
Late check-out is available (on request and no later than 14:00) at a surcharge of 30% of the daily rate.
Local tourist tax of €1.00 per day for each person aged 14 or over.
